The talent to-be-hired shall perform users’ support on company’s system and interfaces. He/she shall further conduct UAT and delivery training over new/enhanced projects/systems deployment. Details are as below:
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Perform user provisioning/system administration/configuration /scripting/monitoring tasks to ensure proper and smooth system operations
  • Research for opportunities and new technology to improve system monitoring and administration operations
  • Attend to key users’ and end users’ support requests/tickets related to company’s systems and interfaces, such as the ERP system, Work Force Management System, Salesforce applications, internally developed applications.
  • Communicate with internal IT teams, business analyst team, Internal business and process owners and external vendors for system enhancement projects and maintenance activities. Tasks such as requirements gathering, solutions developments, UAT testing, documentation, training and implementation
  • Ensure solutions are delivered within agreed service levels, timelines and quality standards
  • Propose and develop training framework and processes for newly implemented systems or ERP/business workflows. Conduct training sessions and users’ knowledge assessment
  • Periodically audit compliance to IT infrastructure, application systems and standard operation procedures. Report non-standard practices to management and propose solutions for any gaps found
  • Perform UAT for new/enhanced business workflows, systems, applications
 
 
Requirements
 
  • University Degree in Business/Management or Science/Engineering field. Candidates with Finance and accounting background are preferred
  • 3 years and above relevant working experience on systems and end users’ support on ERP, CRM, PLM
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Approachable and has an eye for details
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must
  • Independent and able to work under minimum supervisions
  • Occasionally need to work after office hours or during weekends to provide support to users or coordination of maintenance activities
