Reporting to Senior Environmental Sustainability Manager, this role is responsible for creating the awareness, understanding, acceptance and commitment on environmental sustainability across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collect from all factories, validate and analyze environmental data every quarter from all TAL production plants, for performance review and TAL reporting (using TAL internal tools)
  • Enhance TAL internal tools to trigger performance improvement (e.g: create automatic visual to detect abnormal consumptions, create graphs and dashboards to pilot the overall TAL Apparel and individual TAL production plants’ performance, develop sub-KPI to help analyze TAL performance, etc.)  
  • Prepare communication support on TAL sustainability performance (overall TAL Apparel and individual TAL production plants performance dashboard, TAL bi-yearly sustainability report)
  • Raise internal environmental awareness and develop training on several environmental topics according to TAL production plants’ needs.
  • Assist in different sustainability projects according to needs such as participating to corporate audit program and environmental impact assessment, getting involved in sustainability software development (testing- implementation- training and use), assisting in creating and implementing environmental training matrix and related training materials, etc.
  • University graduate in environmental discipline
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written in English. Mandarin is definitely an advantage.
