Job Summary
The job incumbent is responsible for providing full administrative support and training delivery to Instructor-Led / Virtual training programs globally; consolidate data and generate charts for talent leadership pipeline, performance management review and various types of staff survey.  
  • Deliver training and development programs and provide co-facilitation support to instructor -led and virtual training programs
  • Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis
  • Manage co-ordination and logistics of training programs, including but not limited to training invitation, nomination, registration, evaluation, training venue and equipment set-up, sourcing and liaison with vendors, etc.
  • Prepare training materials and provide translation support when needed
  • Monitor training expenses as in accordance with the budget guidelines
  • Manage filing system and all training-related documentations
  • Generate training reports from data consolidated
  • Provide support on graphics generation, report consolidation and data analysis in the performance management cycle.
  • Provide administrative support to the talent development process
  • Provide administrative support on ad hoc assignments when required
  • University degree or above
  • 7 years solid experience in the full cycle of training and development
  • Good understanding of training administration process
  • Detailed-minded, proficient in MS Powerpoint and Excel
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, good team player
  • Knowledge on e-Learning technology and solutions is an advantage
