HCM Services Specialist

Reporting to Corporate Human Capital Management Director, the incumbent is responsible for providing end to end HR services for a designated portfolio. Details as below:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide solutions & professional advice to Business Managers on ways to enhance employee engagement.

• Ensure timely delivery of HR services including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management & staff counselling.

• Participate in the continuous improvement & execution of HR Center of Excellence initiatives, including programs on Compensation & Benefits and Talent Development

• Manage various HR reports and analysis. Support HR operation routines tasks

• Keep abreast of latest HR market practice and statutory requirements, recommend changes to HR policies and practices as appropriate

• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned


• University graduate in HRM or related disciplines

• A minimum of 8 years' solid relevant HR experience

• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations

• Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility

• Detailed oriented, well organized and with strong analytical skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills both English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
